Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is launching the Future Talents program in Europe, including Global Markets - Sales, based in Madrid with opportunities across Europe. You will gain hands-on experience in live business activity, building client relationships and delivering tailored market insights in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
The program starts in July or September 2027, depending on geography, and offers immersive training, mentoring, and exposure to international teams
Formación
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.
- High proficiency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Build and develop long-term relationships with leading institutional and corporate clients across Europe.
- Deliver tailored market insights, trade ideas and financial solutions to support clients’ objectives.
- Collaborate with Trading, Structuring and Research teams for comprehensive client coverage.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations and contribute to execution and follow-up of live transactions.
- Monitor market developments and client activity to identify opportunities and growth.
