Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid invites high-potential graduates to join the Future Talents program across Global Markets. You will work on quant research, model development, and live trading support in a fast-paced, international environment, with a July or September 2027 start.

We seek final-year students or recent graduates with strong academics, high English proficiency, and a passion for quantitative finance.

Formación

• University degree in a quantitative field (Math/Physics/Engineering/CS/Stats/Data Science).
• High proficiency in English; another language is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and programming capabilities; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and maintain quantitative models and analytical tools for trading and risk.
• Enhance pricing libraries and develop new models for complex products.
• Collaborate with Traders and Structurers to ensure models meet needs.
• Apply programming, mathematics and statistics to solve market challenges.
• Test, document and monitor models for robust performance and governance.
