Agilent Technologies seeks a Global Marketing Programs Manager to transform customer and market insights into bold programs that drive awareness, demand, and measurable growth across the LC portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, shaping program strategy, content, and deployment while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with brand standards. This role offers remote work options and global exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven success building B2B marketing programs and campaigns for scientific/lab markets.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain marketing program strategy and architecture aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with GMPM and RMPM to align global and regional strategies across portfolios.
• Define omnichannel campaign strategies including messaging, content, and deployment plans.
• Lead creation of campaign content and messaging blueprints with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor program performance and ROI, manage budgets, ensure regulatory and brand compliance.
• Regularly review programs with regional partners to optimize impact.
