Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Industrial Coatings to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy across regions. You will translate market insights into growth initiatives, strengthen customer engagement, and connect needs with portfolio development and commercial execution.

You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to shape roadmaps, develop go-to-market campaigns, and support sales teams with tools and trainings while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or Business.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• 10+ years in industrial coatings, specialty chemicals or related markets.
• Strong understanding of industrial coatings tech, specs and customer needs.
• Proven track record in market strategy, product positioning and GTM planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience across matrixed orgs.
• Fluent English; travel up to 25% and an established industry network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Arxada’s Industrial Coatings business.
• Lead market segmentation, customer needs analysis and value-proposition development.
• Identify trends, challenges, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Technical Service, Commercial and Supply Chain to shape roadmaps.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging and go-to-market campaigns, including product launches.
• Equip regional sales teams with tools, training and programs to accelerate opportunities.
• Strengthen engagement through conferences, webinars and thought leadership; manage industry relationships.
• Monitor market share, segment performance and provide strategic portfolio recommendations.
