Job summary

DECCO, a global arm of United Phosphorus Limited (UPL), seeks a Global Strategic Marketing & Communication Specialist to shape worldwide marketing narratives from Valencia. You will align brand positioning with commercial growth and work with regional teams.

You will lead messaging, content development, and go-to-market efforts across regions, products, and initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership, R&D, and external partners to elevate DECCO's market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, journalism, or related field.
• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business strategy, or related discipline is considered an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, corporate communications, brand management, or related roles.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Experience within agrochemical, agricultural, post-harvest, or agribusiness sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DECCO's global marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions for products, solutions, and corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate global campaigns and manage external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Support product launches with strategic communication plans and marketing materials.
• Measure impact of marketing activities and optimize regional execution.
