Job summary

Agilent is seeking a Global Marketing Communications Manager to lead a worldwide team focused on design, development, and execution of campaigns that meet defined goals. You will collaborate with Global Marketing Program managers, product marketing, and segment marketing to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact assets across channels.

The role requires strong leadership in a matrix organization, expertise in multichannel marketing, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, marketing strategy or marketing communications.
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• Proven people management skills in an international setup.
• Proven ability to lead collaboration in a matrix organization.
• Cross-discipline marketing across channels: email, social, digital, automation, ABM.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to coordinate across time zones.
• Clear, concise English communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive business with impactful global marketing campaigns.
• Lead a global team of marketing communications specialists.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Program managers and product/segment marketing.
• Partner with omnichannel and marketing operations to design engaging campaigns.
• Manage campaign performance with defined KPI and reports.
