AXA XL is seeking a Global Marketing Associate to support the global marketing function and drive visibility for our growth areas across markets. You will coordinate campaigns, content, events and digital activation in collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will report to the Global Marketing Director and work with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery and impact across channels. A BA in Marketing or Communications is preferred.

Formación

• BA in Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial and/or B2B marketing.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with teamwork mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing activation and CRM-supported tracking.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Global Marketing Director and team in developing global marketing resources.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Assist with events, sponsorships and client engagement programmes.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing content and resources for regional teams.
• Support performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
