Join us as Global Market Access and Corporate Affairs Academy Specialist to drive innovation in learning delivery while supporting the creation of training programs that shape best practices across our Market Access community and Corporate Affairs community directly influencing how we bring life-changing treatments to patients worldwide.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the Academy training curriculum, materials and channels for global and country MAx-CA (including facilitation of the virtual games and preparation of F2F learning experiences) focusing on digitalizing the offer and advancing the use of AI;
  • Lead and manage Learning & Development projects (Career Development, Specific MAx-CA topics informed by the Academy Head and MAx and CA Leads/ SMEs…)
  • Oversee coordination, project management activities, and ensure successful implementation,
  • Support the onboarding process for the newcomers,
  • Monitor with Academy Head, skills and knowledge gaps across MAx-CA teams to help close training gaps and improve colleague engagement, suggesting KPIs and learning impact metrics;
  • Support and identify mechanisms of best practice sharing across MAx-CA Community;
  • Assist to enhance and maintain MAx-CA Academy website and communication platform;

About you

Experience:

  • An early career talent (potentially a VIE- iMover, or an intern) with experience in market access/ corporate affairs

Soft and technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
  • Affinity to new digital channels, tools and trends, including the use of AI.
  • Exposure or active engagement in health system and/or policy environments
  • Experience in identifying research and/or training gaps
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrate creativity in enhancing the current Learning & Development offerings.
  • Ability to plan implementation strategies for developed projects
  • Communicate in a clear and credible way
  • Solution oriented with ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones

Education: Master’s degree in international business, Pharmaceutical related or another relevant field.

Languages: Fluent English, Communicative French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
