Job summary

Roche España is seeking a Manufacturing Cyber Security Architect to drive digital transformation across global and local manufacturing operations. The role bridges OT security with enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with GxP and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with IT, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to embed security into Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IIoT and cloud-based systems, while building site-level cybersecurity capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, GxP, and OT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary cyber security liaison between manufacturing site operations and global PTE teams.
• Design, define, and enable future manufacturing needs using IIoT, UNS, AAS, and cloud-based systems.
• Ensure site-level adherence to cyber security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and monitoring of cyber security controls across manufacturing equipment and digital infrastructure.
• Bridge global PT and IT security strategies with local site realities and build security awareness.
