Roche is seeking a Manufacturing Cyber Security Architect to bridge global cyber security with local site operations. You will architect the future manufacturing network and ensure secure, compliant operations across site boundaries, collaborating with IT, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in regulated manufacturing, strong OT/ICS security knowledge, and the ability to translate global requirements into actionable local plans, including awareness and governance

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry Experience: 3–5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, compliance standards, GxP regulations, Purdue Model, OT architectural design, Enterprise Service Bus, and UNS implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary cyber security and digital liaison between manufacturing site operations and global PTE teams.
• Design, define, and enable future manufacturing needs through expert consulting on IIoT, Open Source, UNS, AAS, and cloud-based systems.
• Ensure site-level adherence to corporate cyber security standards, policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and continuous monitoring of cyber security controls across equipment and digital infrastructure.
