Roche is seeking a Manufacturing Cyber Security Architect to lead the security architecture for global manufacturing networks. The role interfaces with Technical Operations, Cyber Security teams, and local manufacturing engineering to design secure, scalable systems across sites.

You will translate global requirements into practical site actions, ensure compliance with GxP and Purdue models, and drive risk-based security governance in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Deep knowledge of cyber security frameworks and GxP regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the cyber security liaison between manufacturing sites and global teams.
• Design and enable future manufacturing needs with IIoT, UNS, and OT architectures.
• Ensure site-level adherence to cyber security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and monitoring of cyber security controls across manufacturing assets.
• Adapt global PT/IT security strategies to local site realities.
• Lead training on cyber security practices for cross-functional site teams.
• Coordinate incident responses and escalate to global teams when required.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to embed security into initiatives (Industry 4.0, IoT, MES).
