Job summary

Avomind is seeking a Management Accountant to join its FP&A team, supporting a multi-entity international school portfolio. You will consolidate monthly accounts, perform variance analysis, and provide clear commentary for senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with school finance leads and the Head of FP&A to build scalable processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver timely reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform variance analysis with clear commentary for Head of FP&A.
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for transparency and traceability.
