Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare/review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow, and month/year-end close processes.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, analyze trends, and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (PGC/IFRS).
• Proficiency with accounting software (I.e. Ms Dynamics)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial management or auditing, and team leadership.
