Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking an experienced Logistics Senior Manager to lead and optimize its international logistics network across Europe and global markets. The role reports to the Global Logistics Director and focuses on network design, transportation strategy, and operational excellence.

The candidate will drive cost competitiveness, digital transformation, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in international logistics or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing international or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in FMCG/retail/logistics; high-volume industries.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement international transportation strategy across road, sea, air, and multimodal modes.
• Lead international logistics operations, ensuring On-Time-In-Full performance.
• Develop cost-efficient transportation network designs for Europe and global markets.
• Drive digitalization projects, visibility tools, and KPI dashboards for performance tracking.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish supplier governance, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
