Jiga, a remote-first team building global supply chain solutions, seeks a Logistics Manager. You will own international shipments, negotiate with forwarders, and manage trade compliance while collaborating with Sales and suppliers. You’ll drive cost awareness and margin protection across global lanes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with async collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience.
• Experience negotiating freight rates with forwarders and couriers.
• Knowledge of HTS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists, IORs, and CBP correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Move parts across the world: own international freight from Asia to Israel, US, and EU; select mode per shipment for time, complexity, and constraints.
• Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end; develop playbooks and oversee filings.
• Be the commercial partner Sales wants: advise landed cost, Incoterms, margins; ensure quotes reflect real costs.
