A fast-growing Smart Locker company is seeking an Operations Manager to support expansion in Spain. The role involves planning deployments, coordinating partners, and overseeing inventory management. Ideal candidates are experienced in operations, particularly with bulky objects, and possess strong Excel and communication skills.

Formación

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in operations involving field work.
  • Excellent Excel skills, familiarity with macros and data analytics is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English.

We are in search of an Operations Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our growth in Spain and setting the basis for our local development.

Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of daily and weekly planning for surveys and the deployment of lockers from the warehouse to various deployment points such as grocery stores, local commerce, and other locations in Spain;
  • Communicate with deployment locations to confirm appointments;
  • Coordinate with deployment partners and teams for seamless installation of smart lockers;
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide support during deployments, in coordination with the Field Support Coordinator;
  • Perform end-of-day deployment activities, including data entry and locker registration;
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly performance reports to monitor deployment progress;
  • Oversee inventory management;
  • Manage partners for permits management.

Support the Spain Operations Director with other tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in operations involving field work, preferably handling bulky or industrial objects;
  • Excellent Excel skills for data entry and reporting; experience with macros, scripts, and data analytics is a plus;
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Flexible work conditions to balance work and personal life.
