Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a global learning design and development expert to join our Learning & Development team. You will design scalable learning solutions and leadership development journeys, translating business needs into structured programs that can be scaled and adapted across regions.

This role focuses on design rather than delivery, requiring collaboration with global leaders and local teams to deploy programs across diverse cultures, with flexibility in hours and a hybrid

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience designing leadership development programs, learning journeys, and career development frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across multiple regions.

Mansioni

• Learning solution design: Design and develop scalable global learning solutions, with a strong focus on leadership development.
• Apply learning experience design and behavioural science principles to create engaging and effective development journeys.
• Career development: Design structured career development frameworks and translate them into concrete pathways and development journeys.
• Performance needs analysis: Conduct performance needs analyses to identify development priorities; translate insights into high-impact solutions.
• Data & impact measurement: Define approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact; use feedback to improve solutions.
• Project & program management: Manage end-to-end learning initiatives from design to global deployment; coordinate with local teams.
