Qualifications

• +5 years' experience in Procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations with a focus on BOI improvement and alignment with category strategies.
• Develop and share supplier market expertise within and outside the Domain; engage with new suppliers and technologies.
• Deliver savings pipeline in line with targets; coach Global Buyers in sourcing strategies and negotiation tactics.
• Communicate proactively on ongoing sourcing activities within and outside the Domain; engage with other Procurement Domains.
