Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a Global Lead Buyer in the Digital domain to lead strategic sourcing across digital categories, coach Global Buyers, and deliver best-in-class savings year over year.

You will partner with Finance, Business Operations and BUs, manage supplier relationships, ensure procurement excellence (TCO, SRM, CSR) and navigate a complex, multi-country matrix with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or related field.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for digital categories.
• Lead negotiations and supplier relationships to achieve savings targets.
• Coach and develop Global Buyers across the Digital Domain.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Operations and BUs to align on budgets and LRPs.
• Ensure procurement excellence: TCO, SRM, Market Intel, Risk Management and compliance.
• Engage with multiple procurement domains and stakeholders to drive value.
