CSL Vifor is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Knowledge Management function, overseeing strategy, governance, budgeting and personnel for the GKM team. You will align information management initiatives with data standards and AI-enabled insight delivery across the CSL Group.

You will build and sustain relationships with internal and external knowledge services, drive procurement decisions, and lead global staff to deliver high-impact, compliant information solutions and research access

Formación

• MS, MLIS/MLS, Ph.D. in science-related fields such as Biochemistry or Chemistry, or equivalent knowledge in knowledge management.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Knowledge Management, Research and Development or Medical Affairs.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience in Global Library Services or information management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Data Standards and Governance within Life Science.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic operations of a knowledge management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.
• Contribute to Data Standards and governance programs through projects and leadership roles.
• Manage resources, budgeting, and vendor contracts to support information management strategy.
• Build relationships with internal and external knowledge services and libraries.
• Guide AI-focused information technologies and workflows to optimize delivery models.
