Formación

• 10 years of experience in Service Backoffice is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to the Director Global Service KAM, the Global Service Analyst is responsible for analyzing service strategic initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.

• You would work closely transversally with all service areas, operation, sales, legal, and Technical Departments to develop various strategies in close alignment with senior executives.
• Propose pricing and quotes covering escalation topics of customers to avoid court cases specifications and perform cost calculation for both commercial and operational topics.
• Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
• Research and analyze historical data, developing cost models to support proposal efforts.
• Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
• Support the settlement negotiation.
• Maintain close alignment with senior executives to understand and prepare the corresponding analysis.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering Degree or similar.
• 10 years experience in Service Backoffice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive, great team player, and humble person.
• Result-oriented, resilient, responsible, and organized.
• Empathic and able to find win-win compromises.
