Schneider Electric in Spain (Navarra) is seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to drive industrialization activities, coordinating manufacturing readiness and supply chain alignment to hit time-to-market, cost, and quality targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams in an international environment, monitor KPIs, and support ramp-up, with travel primarily across Europe. Strong English and project governance experience are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, quality, or new product introduction.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Advanced English level.
• Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Propose and evaluate industrial scenarios aligned with industrial strategy.
• Define and monitor project KPIs, including investments, product cost, expenses, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Prepare and manage the industrialization project plan and milestones.
• Ensure project time-to-market objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate industrialization activities from Opening Gate to Sell Gate with project and factory teams.
• Actively contribute to project governance and decision-making.
• Support factories during production start-up and ramp-up phases.
• Monitor cost, quality, and efficiency performance during the first year of production.
