Job summary

Grupo Oesía in Spain seeks a Production Project Manager to design, develop and integrate production solutions for high-value projects. You will manage production plans, allocate resources, and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring costs, KPIs, and risks are closely monitored.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver technology-driven projects that support national and European priorities, leveraging SAP PP/PM, MS Project, and MES/APS tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in project management/implementation.
• Experience managing material and human resources.
• English at least B1; B2–C1 level is highly preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace and/or defense sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (PP/PM).
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Microsoft Project; experience with MES/APS is a plus.
• Experience in financial control and billing.

Responsibilities

• Management of production projects, both internally and with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client throughout the project.
• Development and monitoring of production plans.
• Planning and monitoring of factory operations.
• Monitoring of costs, revenue, and billing.
• Monitoring production KPIs: OTD and OQD.
• Identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks.
