Job summary

Hero Group, a leading international food company, is hiring an IT Project Manager – Product & Plant Systems to drive global IT and digital transformation initiatives across R&D, Quality and Manufacturing.

You will lead end-to-end projects in PLM and CMMS, translate business requirements into executable project plans, and ensure alignment with IT governance, budgets, and timing across sites and external partners. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Business/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience in international environments.
• Experience delivering IT projects in manufacturing or product-related systems (PLM/CMMS).
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects in PLM, CMMS and related manufacturing systems.
• Drive global IT and digital transformation initiatives across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Ensure governance, documentation, audit readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, risks, vendors, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate with business, Group IT and external partners; drive user adoption.
