Pluxee is seeking a senior IT Operations and Service Management leader based in Madrid to drive the Global Control Tower's maturity. You will strengthen the operating model, standardize processes, and drive automation across services and countries, enabling reliable service delivery and performance for Pluxee.

You will lead distributed, cross-functional teams and external partners, champion governance, and continual improvement, with occasional travel to align initiatives with business

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS or related field.
• ItIL certification or equivalent Service Management qualification is a plus.
• 8+ years in IT Operations, Service Management, or IT Transformation.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish/Portuguese advantageous.

• Strengthen the Global Control Tower operating model and expand its mandate.
