Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. You will lead the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions across our technology estate, translating patterns and reference architectures into tangible outputs for internal operations and client offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering architecture across multiple domain areas.
• Experience leading end-to-end architecture of multiple non-trivial systems, including greenfield & brownfield at enterprise scale.
• Extensive experience designing large-scale solutions on Azure and Google Cloud in enterprise/commercial environments.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable for Madrid collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex solution architectures across Colliers' systems and products, ensuring architectural intent and standards are upheld.
• Author and maintain core artefacts (Blueprints, SDDs, Architecture Decision Records) for engineering, security, and governance teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to embed architectural principles throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
• Apply cloud reference architectures and standards across Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead architectural reviews, identify risks, and recommend mitigations aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior Solution Architects and technical staff on enterprise architecture concepts.
• Guide delivery teams on governance processes, design reviews, and collaboration with EA function.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business strategy into technical strategy and value trade-offs.
• Analyse complex requirements across application, data, integration, and cloud domains for scalable, performant, secure solutions.
• Stay current with technologies and lead PoCs aligning with technical roadmaps.
• Support audits and due diligence, representing architectural capability.
• Contribute to evolving EA governance and practises within Colliers.
