Avolta is seeking a Global Internal Communications Specialist to support development, coordination, and delivery of internal communications across our global organization, working with HR, Leadership, People Technology, and regional teams. The role is based at our Madrid, Spain office.

You will oversee channel management, content coordination, analytics, and project support, using tools like BeeKeeper, Brevo, and Power BI to improve engagement and alignment across cultures.

Formación

• At least 2–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related role in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience managing internal communication channels and platforms (intranet, employee apps, email, collaboration tools).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting or data visualization tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and cultures.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using digital and AI tools to support content creation, analysis, and work efficiency.
• A global mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, languages, and geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global internal communication channels and platforms.
• Coordinate content scheduling, publishing, and basic configuration across channels.
• Collaborate with People Technology, IT, and regional teams to ensure data and access alignment.
• Support governance of internal communication platforms, including documentation and guidelines.
• Create, coordinate, and distribute leadership messages, change communications, campaigns, and announcements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track reach, engagement, and readership across channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve engagement and message impact.
• Support ESG-related internal communications aligned with sustainability goals.
• Provide ad-hoc communication support for global initiatives, change programs, and leadership priorities.
