Global Intelligence Team Leader

The Global Data and Technology team is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Global Intelligence Team Leader. This role is situated within the Product team, specifically the Data Engineering team, and involves close collaboration with the Strategic Insights & Client Experience team. The successful candidate will deliver products across multiple regions and clients, supporting local markets with global initiatives to foster optimal cross-pollination and maximize the interconnectedness between practice and product.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Collect and formalize customer requirements for data reports and visualization.
• Translate end-user business aspirations into tangible data products and reporting solutions.
• Elicit requirements effectively and shape specifications for dashboard design, including feasibility assessments and build time estimates.
• Collaborate closely with architect, engineering, UX, and operations teams.
• Engage in detailed discussions about technology with engineers and understand data flows, metadata, and product descriptions.
• Participate in testing the robustness and quality of developments within our governance framework.
• Work daily with Panel and Digital data providers, establishing long-term relationships while challenging methodologies and solutions.
• Provide market expertise in data usage and champion local teams for adopting global solutions.
• Partner with leadership to understand business questions that can be addressed through product development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering with Marketing & Media expertise.
• Knowledge of statistical tools.
• Proficiency in high-level technical languages such as SQL, Python, R.
• Expertise in Panels and/or 1st or 3rd party data management.
• Interest in market research methodologies and tools (e.g., Comscore, Nielsen, Kantar, GFK, YouGov, GWI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform large, complex data sets into valuable business insights.
• Continuous learner, staying updated on BI and data visualization tools, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
