Job summary

Skello is expanding its Connect TPM team in Spain, focusing on scoping, driving, and monitoring integrations between Skello and clients’ systems across payroll and HRIS. You’ll lead country-specific roadmaps, partner workshops, and end-to-end integration delivery while mentoring local teams.

The role emphasizes AI-powered workflows, strong collaboration with Product and Sales, and a hybrid setup. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in technical project management, SaaS integration, HRIS, payroll, or information systems.
• Engineering background, or a business degree complemented by solid technical skills (coding bootcamp, hands-on integration).
• Ability to read JSON payloads, analyze API exchanges, handle SFTP import/export data flows, and investigate anomalies using logs and dashboards (Datadog, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, especially the payroll and HR ecosystem.
• Highly autonomous: you work effectively with a remote manager and are confident making independent decisions when facing clients or partners.
• Passion for knowledge sharing: you have experience training or mentoring less experienced teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map the local ecosystem of payroll vendors, HRIS, and connectors.
• Assess feasibility and build country integration roadmaps with Product.
• Lead partner workshops; define specs, timelines, SLAs and data limits.
• Analyze requirements with Sales/Accounts; write functional specs with Product.
• Track tickets, supervise QA/testing; support customers during testing.
• Manage incidents/maintenance; hand over to Support when stable; define success metrics.
• Train Spain teams; evangelize integration capabilities; build playbooks; feed into Product roadmap.
• Leverage AI assistants to scope, draft specs, and summarize exchanges; monitor copilots and avoid hallucinations.
