Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Senior Influencer Specialist to scale creator strategies globally from our Madrid hub. You will blend a data-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills to optimize campaigns and allocate resources efficiently.

You will mentor a small team, maintain brand consistency across regions, and drive high-impact partnerships with influencers and agencies to grow Fever’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Experience working in LATAM and US markets.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and agencies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies globally at scale.
• Set explicit campaign goals and measure against benchmarks.
• Use data insights to identify impactful influencers and optimize campaigns.
• Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and agreements.
• Ensure brand values are communicated consistently across territories.
• Lead and mentor a small team of juniors and specialists.
