Job summary

Amadeus in Madrid seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to guide initiatives across the Group Purchasing function, driving growth and efficient service delivery. You will lead financial analysis, procurement transformation, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with Finance programs.

You will partner with global teams, manage budgets and projects, and promote continuous improvement and automation across sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, procurement, finance, or project management in a multinational company.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Power BI or Excel.
• Experience managing projects in complex matrix environments and process improvement.
• Clear and confident communicator able to explain financial topics to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial modeling and business case development for sourcing, supplier negotiations, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate sourcing strategies into clear financial insights, identifying cost drivers, benefits, risks, and total cost of ownership.
• Present recommendations to procurement leadership and monitor value realization over time.
• Track costs and financial impacts of strategic contracts and contribute to long-term financial planning.
• Build and standardize dashboards and reports on cost evolution, value creation, and procurement performance.
