Job Description:

The Implementation Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of multi-country payroll implementation projects. Acts as the client single point of contact, working closely with major clients and in-country partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Role Objectives

• Serve as the primary contact for the client during implementation.
• Coordinate with partners to track progress, mitigate risks, and close local projects.
• Manage global implementation of ADP Celergo and related services.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction during the implementation phase.
• Address issues that could delay or impact project success.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing service.
• Participate in business improvement initiatives and pre-engagement meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress using corporate tools.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to review status and resolve issues.
• Report to clients and internal teams, including global program directors.
• Coordinate and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and regional project managers.
• Post-go-live, survey clients for feedback and resolve residual issues.
• Support sales by advising on the suitability of ADP Celergo solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in global payroll or HR project implementation.
• Proven program and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts.
• Experience leading virtual international meetings.
• Ability to manage complex environments and governance models.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Understanding of HR/payroll processes and high-level concepts.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education

• University degree or equivalent.
• Payroll and HR training advantageous.
• Project management certifications preferred.
