Confidential Company seeks a Director of Group Controlling and Accounting to safeguard global financial integrity and lead the international consolidation under IFRS. You will transform traditional processes into an automated, efficient financial machine while mentoring a high-performance team.

You will own the global consolidation framework, drive ERP optimization, and partner with executives to enable scalable, compliant reporting across markets.

Formación

• 10+ years in group control/finance leadership roles.
• Expert in consolidated IFRS reporting.
• Proven ability to lead direct teams.
• Digital mindset with ERP optimization and automation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for all group entities.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and align with local GAAPs.
• Drive automation and process improvements to speed up close.
• Direct and scale the central accounting and control team.
• Coordinate with market finance heads to align with group objectives.
• Support external audits and internal control framework.
