An international group in toys and games manufacturing is seeking a Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager to lead financial reporting, governance, and consolidation processes. This strategic role involves collaboration with finance teams across Europe and beyond, ensuring compliance and supporting performance enhancement. Candidates require strong IFRS knowledge and experience in financial systems transformation. Formación

• Senior finance professional with expertise in group accounting and consolidation.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience in finance systems transformation and consolidation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes.
• Oversee internal transactions and align pricing policies across entities.
• Coordinate statutory accounts and act as main contact for external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and group accounting policies.
• Provide performance insights supporting the CFO with financial analysis.
