Ergomed Group's PrimeVigilance unit is seeking a pharmacovigilance professional to support project teams across global client programs. You will act as ICSR SME, coordinate safety activities, review trackers, and mentor junior staff.

Candidates should have life-science background and 3-4 years PV experience, including at least 1 year in a line-manager role, with strong English and excellent organization and communication skills.

Formación

• Life science degree or equivalent health qualification with pharmacovigilance exposure.
• 3-4 years in pharmacovigilance, with at least 1 year in a line-manager role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Delegation skills are important.
• Planning and time management abilities.
• Solid technical skills relevant to PV.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Providing support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company.
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures and trainings.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data and ensure accuracy.
• ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Support other departments.
• Operate as the assigned team SME.
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, including acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS for the designated language.
