Schwarz Digits seeks an IT support specialist to strengthen the HR Systems team, focusing on Workforce Management tools. You will troubleshoot for HR Key users across Lidl, Kaufland and other Schwarz Group brands.

You will analyze and process error tickets, collaborate with internal departments and development teams, and train local support staff as needed. Fluency in English and German language skills are valued, ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Formación

University degree in Information Technology or related field.
Professional experience in IT support tasks or IT projects.
Experience with Support Ticketing Systems.
Fluent English; German at least B2 level is desirable.
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.

Responsabilidades

Strengthen our international HR Systems team, focusing on Workforce Management tools.
Troubleshoot for HR Key users and HR Business Solutions Experts across Lidl, Kaufland and Schwarz Group.
Prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets.
Collaborate with specialist departments and internal/external development teams.
Train local support departments through targeted sessions.
Continuously optimize support processes and operations.
Handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid HR Systems disruptions.
Serve as the primary service contact for application support.
