Verisure is seeking a talented Group HR (Compensation and Benefits) Strategy Intern to join the Group HR team in Madrid on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with HR members across 18 countries to ensure consistent implementation of international projects and engagements.

As part of the Group HR C&B Strategy Trainee, you will analyze information from various sources to draw implications for global HR projects and support world-wide compensation strategy initiatives with senior professionals.

Formación

• Experience and interest in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Involvement and Collaboration in multi-country projects with dynamic multicultural teams.
• Support to the different HR teams globally in definition and roll-out of compensation strategy initiatives.
• Analysis and implementation of strategic projects and actions plan defined by the Group HR C&B Team.
• Hands-on work with expert HR Compensation and Strategy professionals in key projects to drive future company growth.
• KPIs analysis and monitoring.
• Market analysis and benchmarking.
