Verisure is seeking a talented Group HR (Compensation and Benefits) Strategy Intern to join the Group HR team in Madrid on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with HR members across 18 countries to ensure consistent implementation of international projects and engagements.

As part of the Group HR C&B Strategy Trainee, you will analyze information from various sources to draw implications for global HR projects and support world-wide compensation strategy initiatives with senior professionals.

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on Group HR (Compensation and Benefits) Strategy Intern. The Group HR (C&B) Strategy Trainee will be a key member of the Group HR team, reporting to the managers of the team to ensure adequate and consistent implementation of international projects.

The successful candidate will work with the HR members from all countries where the company operates (18 countries across Europe and Latam), to make sure the company is operating consistently and implementing the defined engagements across different geographies. During this process, the Group HR (C&B) Strategy Intern will gather and analyze information from different sources to develop implications and conclusions that will be decisive in new Global HR projects.

Location

The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.

• Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering are valued
