Verisure is seeking a remote-friendly HR & Comms Strategy Associate based in Madrid. You will work within the Group HR Strategy team on challenging, cross-country projects, developing strategic communications and HR initiatives across markets, and collaborating with top-tier consulting partners.

You will analyze data, prepare materials for leadership forums, and help shape the Group HR strategy while operating in a fast-paced, international environment with hybrid work patterns.

Formación

• Experience in strategy and transformation teams.
• Experience in consulting firms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, delivery and international deployment of strategic communications and HR initiatives across markets.
• Develop and manage the Group's internal communications ecosystem, driving its evolution and measurement.
• Shape and support the development of the Group HR Strategy, coordinating cross-country initiatives and overseeing scope, timelines and costs.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to assess project impact and define roadmaps.
• Partner with Group and local stakeholders to ensure consistent, best-practice sharing across HR and Communications programs.
