Verisure, a leading security services provider, seeks a HR & Comms Strategy Associate in Madrid. You will design, deploy and coordinate strategic HR and communications initiatives across markets, partnering with top professionals from global consulting backgrounds.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in an international setting. You will build internal comms ecosystems, shape HR strategy development, and support senior leaders with data-driven insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, delivery and international deployment of strategic communications and HR initiatives.
• Develop and manage the Group’s internal communications ecosystem and measure performance.
• Shape and support development of the Group HR Strategy with cross-country coordination.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to assess project impact and define roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Group and local stakeholders for integrated delivery across HR and Communications programs.
• Assist senior leadership in preparing materials for Board meetings and senior forums.
