Job summary

Amadeus IT Group S.A. is seeking a Category Buyer for General Services to lead end-to-end sourcing for HR and indirect services. The role involves collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance and regional teams to drive savings and contract excellence across a global footprint.

Strong stakeholder engagement and procurement system experience are essential. You will manage RFx activities, supplier evaluations, and governance across the sourcing lifecycle, while optimizing value and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience with HR-related services is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience using Coupa and contract management platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for HR and indirect services, from need identification to savings reporting.
• Conduct RFx, supplier evaluations, and negotiations aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate contracting with Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-category sourcing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Regional Buyers, HR, Legal, Finance on procurement activities.
