Overview

At IMAN Temporing, a company specialized in Human Resources solutions, we are hiring a Global HR Operations Partner (Field-Based) to take on a key role within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Overseeing HR administration, payroll processes, and employee relations.
• Handling audits and labor inspections.
• Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee data.
• Providing strategic and operational HR support to international business units.
• Resolving workforce issues directly on-site (mining, industrial, or construction projects).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR within international settings.
• C1 level of English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 292 days / year to company sites in Africa – Ivory Coast – and Asia-Pacific – Australia).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.
