Confidential, a leading international construction company, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for a major project in Spain. You will oversee labour relations, recruitment, payroll oversight, compliance, employee relations and alignment with Spanish labour legislation.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong knowledge of Spanish HR law, and the ability to operate in a multicultural, project-based environment.

Formación

• University degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, labour relations and employment compliance.
• Experience in payroll management, recruitment, employee relations and occupational risk-prevention processes.
• Experience in international and/or project-based environments; construction-sector experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English; able to operate in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and management decisions.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies and protocols in line with Spanish labour law and applicable HSE requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
• Oversee onboarding, training and development activities, including learning platforms.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and employee relations.
