ADP is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead end-to-end HR domain deployment outcomes across multiple countries for the Global HCM solution. You will orchestrate planning, governance, and cross-country execution in collaboration with Country Project Managers and HR solution designers.

Responsibilities include managing HR readiness, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care across HR domains such as Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Recruitment, and Autopay payroll.

Formación

• 7+ years in program or project management within HR technology, HCM implementations, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading multi-country HR deployments across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and Recruitment.
• Experience deploying or supporting HR-embedded payroll systems such as Autopay.
• Proven track record delivering cross-workstream integration and domain governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HR domain rollout plan and delivery outcomes across all countries, including scope, milestones and go-live readiness.
• Ensure country implementations adhere to Global HR Blueprint and Global Solution Design.
• Drive consistent execution of HR deployment standards, templates and go/no-go criteria.
• Oversee HR domain readiness and mitigate risks with actionable plans.
• Coordinate with Country PMs, HR/payroll teams and solution designers to ensure end-to-end alignment.
