Verisure is seeking a Group HR Compliance Projects Associate to drive HR compliance initiatives across its international footprint. The role focuses on translating compliance requirements into practical solutions, working with country HR teams and Group stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance and HRIS.

You will manage multi-country projects from scoping to implementation, promoting knowledge sharing and harmonisation while respecting local legal realities.

Formación

• University degree in Business, HR, Law or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in project management, consulting, HR or compliance.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in an international setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects end-to-end.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and provide updates to senior HR.
• Assess outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical HR solutions.
