HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. in Madrid seeks an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist for a temporary 5-month contract. The role is part of a project team based across countries, requiring collaboration and a broad HR remit.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, and fluent English and Spanish. The position focuses on culture, people, organization, and process improvement within a multinational matrix environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years proven HR projects / HRBP experience.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability.
• Spanish and English fluent (speaking and writing).
• Strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Team on HRBP activities.
• Assist staffing processes including workforce planning & job profile creation.
• Work on operational and strategic tasks focusing on culture, people, and organization.
• Understand business needs and advise on HR policies and processes.
• Proactively support management on general HR topics.
• Consultancy firms experience is valuable.
