IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead high-impact health-care research and consulting engagements for global and regional pharmaceutical clients. You will manage delivery, grow client relationships and contribute to business development with cross-functional IQVIA teams.

In this role, you will oversee project teams, ensure high-quality outputs on schedule, and help shape scalable offerings across geographies, leveraging IQVIA data assets and advisory services.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or market research.
• Strong experience in primary market research methodologies and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Demonstrated client management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients on projects, building strong relationships.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated research and consulting projects for key clients.
• Drive business development including proposal writing and client discussions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams.
