ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Global Head of Security Detection and Response to lead the SDR function within ING's Global CISO organization. You will drive strategy, governance, and transformation, leveraging AI/ML to detect threats and guide rapid containment and recovery across a global enterprise.

This role requires 10–15 years of cybersecurity leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering measurable risk reduction in regulated environments.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Translate global cybersecurity strategy into an SDR strategy and roadmap, driving execution and reporting.
• Ensure SDR services, processes, and capabilities meet evolving threats, risks, and regulatory expectations.
• Embed security into ING’s business and technology strategy for secure innovation and growth.
• Lead a global team of Product Owners, Process Managers, and Service Managers, fostering high performance and leadership.
• Act as Chief Product Owner for global SDR services, driving adoption, standardization and value realization.
• Promote agile, cross-functional collaboration across tribes, squads, and chapters.
• Manage partners and third‑party providers to ensure compliance and measurable business value.
• Oversee SDR portfolio, budget, and investments to reduce cyber risk and maximize value delivery.
