The Marketing Hub is a global B2B marketing agency embedded with the client’s international marketing team. You will develop, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, events, ABM, and channel marketing to drive engagement and MQLs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong HubSpot skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel to international markets is required, with a fast-paced, collaborative environment across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing with hands-on demand generation and campaign management.
• Strong HubSpot experience with marketing automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or channel-led organisations.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand.
• Localise messaging for target audiences and regional markets.
• Align with sales and regional stakeholders to support demand generation.
• Plan events, webinars, and engagement initiatives to support lead generation.
• Build and manage marketing automation programmes in HubSpot.
• Track campaign performance and ROI with recommendations.
• Coordinate channel marketing strategies with sales and partners.
• Manage external suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to create assets.
