Job summary
SplitMetrics Growth Services is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, remote-first team. You will shape the visual presence of apps and games across global app stores for international clients.
You will master Figma workflows, craft high-converting assets, and collaborate with ASO and UA teams to turn strategy into visual stories that drive downloads. We value marketing psychology, strong typography, and scalable design systems; you will mentor peers and help elevate overall design
Qualifications
- 4+ years of visual/graphic design experience in agency or growth teams.
- Strong typography, layout balance and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating marketing assets and store graphics is a plus.
- Advanced Figma skills: auto-layouts, components, variants and efficient workflows.
- Proficient in Adobe products for photo editing and visuals; English B1+.
Responsibilities
- Craft high-converting assets: store visuals, icons and banners for iOS/Android.
- Build high-performance ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and more.
- Translate strategy into visual systems with ASO and UA teams.
- Elevate team quality by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.
- Maintain scalable design systems and components in Figma.
